Caviar Deviled Eggs
It turns out I had some caviar in the fridge, that would go bad by the month’s end. What better way to finish it than to start eating it.
shopping list
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 a caviar bottle
A dollop or two of creamy light mayonnaise
method
Let eggs boil for about 15 minutes, to make sure they’re hard. Cut them into half, lengthwise, and place yolk in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, and mix together. Add caviar. Continue mixing.
Take the mixture and place into egg-whites.

Caviar deviled eggs
You now have something that could serve 4.
(Now all I really seem to need is a macro lens of sorts. Can’t get close enough with the 50/1.4.)
