@andy: For one, it requires a JVM. Last time I tried it, it didn't actually work using the free Java environment... And I'm not adept to using Sun's produce.</description>

		<description>Apparently groups "got taken out" at some point. I haven't bothered to go back and see if they've re-appeared because I just haven't found it to be a compelling alternative to flickr.

The major turn-off for me is that the main (or only?) developer seems to spend more time talking about how Zooomr's "going to make Flickr look Web 1.0" rather than actually delivering. Do they have an API yet?

Maybe it'll improve with time, but they have a lot more work to do.</description>
